Become a happier you with Summer Calm
Everything we do is infused with the kind of energy we exude. If we’re hectic, life is hectic. If we’re peaceful, life is peaceful. With this seasonal coloring book, we’d like you to join us on a self-care journey! For any two weeks this summer, commit yourself to a daily 20-minute mindful break as a stepping stone to a more peaceful, and more present you.
The Summer Calm coloring book is free for all Lake users. In it, you will find 14 summer-inspired illustrations by Lake artists: Hugo, Srta M, and Vivian Mineker, to name just a few. The coloring book will be available in the app from July 1 until August 31. On the day you want to start off your mindful coloring practice, simply open the first drawing in the Summer Calm pack. After that, a new illustration will automatically unveil every day for the next 2 weeks. That being said, make sure to check in daily into Lake to get the unique coloring page of the day. As you color every day, pay attention to how it affects you and how your mood changes. If it feels good and if this is something that works for you, try prolonging this coloring journey and make it a healthy habit.
Our tip: turn the push notifications on to be reminded daily to take a self-care time-out and to get your new Summer Calm page. If you miss a daily, don’t worry. For our supporters, all of the drawings will be available in Lake Premium.
